Processing time

 

The time we need to prepare your order for shipping (delivery) is 3-5 business days. But we usually do everything possible to ship your order as soon as possible. Please NOTE that we prepare and ship your orders on BUSINESS days, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends. Saturday and Sunday are not included in shipping days. We would also like you to know that sending, preparing and shipping (delivery) are two different processes. And each has its own duration.

 

Customs and import duties

 

Buyers are responsible for any customs or import duties that may apply. Our company is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
